Dear Guest, We are pleased to offer our guests the option of having their pets (dogs and/or cats) stay with them during their visit at “Hudson Valleys’ Country Manor.” We believe we are the only Hotel in Westchester that welcomes and supports the special relationship that a pet can bring. Due to some potential issues, we have formulated the following rules and requirements, which are applicable to guests availing themselves of this pet option.
A non-refundable “pet fee” shall be paid to the Hotel at or before check-in as security for any damages caused by your pet, beyond normal wear and tear, including but not limited to damage to carpeting, furniture, furnishings, doors, and walls, a credit card imprint is required. If there are damages you are responsible for repairs and the amount will be deducted for your credit card. To be considerate of other guests, we ask that your pet(s) not be a source of annoyance to other guests; particularly barking or making noises. If your pet disrupts other guests, the Hotel may make certain concessions to the persons so disturbed, and the cost or value of any such concessions shall be charged to you and you agree to pay them. Such costs may be deducted from your credit card account
Please keep your pet in a crate in your guest room at all times when you are not in your guest room, to allow for Hotel staff to safely and quietly perform their tasks While on Hotel grounds, your pet should be either carried by you or on a leash and we ask you to curb after your pet and properly dispose of all waste.
